Porthleven-based musician Rosie Crow brings her unique style of dark-pop, synth and emotional vocals to the festival, including a track she wrote for the anniversary of the Penlee Lifeboat Disaster and tunes from her forthcoming album Airymouse.
Formerly the frontwoman of indie-art three-piece, Rosie & The Goldbug, Rosie has toured with the likes of Cyndi Lauper, Brett Anderson, Carl Barat, Shakespeare’s Sister and Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy. Her self-titled debut solo album was described by GQ magazine as ‘the best thing to come out of Cornwall since Poldark,’ Rosie’s elegant piano and emotional pop vocals are sure to win her new fans in the capital.
