Dai is the head brewer at the Shoals Brewery, Porthleven’s own micro brewery which opened in 2022.
He’ll be giving ‘The Art of Brewing’ tours of the brewery and answering questions about the brewing process at noon on Sunday 25th September and Saturday 1st October.
£10 including tasters. No need to book just turn up and pay on the door.
